Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Eximius Services (“we”, “us”, “our”), a technology company in Guyana. We are responsible for the personal information collected through www.eximiusgy.com. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at sales@eximiusgy.com.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a minimum of technical data:

  • Contact form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. Name, email, service and message are required; organisation and phone are optional.
  • Emails you send us: the contents of any email you send to sales@eximiusgy.com.
  • Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as which pages are visited, the referring website, and the country and device type. These analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider automatically records basic request information, such as IP addresses, to keep the website secure and running. We also use IP addresses briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive health information through this website. Please do not include patient or medical details in the contact form.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and send you a confirmation that we received it.
  • To discuss, provide and follow up on services you have asked about.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
  • To protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for them to do so:

  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting and anonymous analytics.
  • Namecheap (Private Email): email delivery and storage for messages sent through the contact form.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.

International transfers

Our service providers may store and process information on servers outside Guyana, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security measures to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Security

The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are sent to us over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including Guyana's Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information.

To make a request, email sales@eximiusgy.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.
